Anonymize Data (ex: GPDR Requests)
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ShipBots has an Anonymize Data button to delete customer data. This feature removes Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from orders, including addresses and email addresses. Once completed, this action cannot be reversed.
For unfulfilled orders, a popup will warn that anonymizing data removes the shipping address, making it impossible to create a shipping label.

How to Anonymize Data
- Go to Orders > Manage Orders.
- Find and open the Order Number.
- Scroll to Actions on the right side of the page.
- Click Anonymize Data.
- A confirmation will appear. Click OK.

Note: Anonymize Data cannot be done in bulk. It must be done order by order, one at a time.
