Set Up Replenishment Notifications
Learn how to set up Replenishment Notifications and Reorder Alerts.
Maintaining optimal stock levels is key in managing your inventory effectively. ShipBots offers a notification system to alert you when it’s time to replenish your products. Here’s how to set it up:
Set general Notifications
Accessing Account Settings
To begin, under the My Account tab, click on Settings from the dropdown menu to access your Account Settings page.
In the Settings menu, click on Notifications on the left side of the screen.

Activating Notifications
To activate the notifications:
- Check
Activeto turn on the notifications feature.
- Select the
DaysandTimeyou prefer to receive alerts.
- Enter your
Email Address.
- Click on
Save Changesto apply your settings.

Setting Reorder Alerts
For setting up alerts specific to product replenishment when the inventory is low enough:
Accessing Products
To begin, under the Inventory tab, click on Products from the dropdown menu to access your Product Listing page.

Specifying Reorder Levels
In the Product Details page, click on the pencil icon in the top right corner of Details to edit them. In the product editing window:
- Scroll to
Reorder Leveland type in the minimum stock count that should trigger a replenishment alert.
- Set the
Reorder Amountthat indicates how many units you wish to reorder.
- Click on
Updateto save these replenishment settings.

By following these steps, you’ll keep your Inventory at ShipBots well-stocked and avoid running low on essential items.
