Cancel Order Or Mark As Fulfilled
Learn how to cancel an order, or mark it as fulfilled.
Introduction
You can mark an order as Fulfilled if you shipped it yourself, or Cancel it if you no longer want the warehouse to ship it.
Access Orders Page and find the Order
To begin, under the Orders tab, click on Manage Orders from the dropdown menu to access your Orders Listing page.
Search for the Order and click the #OrderNo link to go to Order Details page.
Cancel an Order
Once you are on the Order Details page, scroll down to go to the Actions section on the right, and select Cancel Order.
Mark an Order as Fulfilled
On the Order Details page, scroll down to go to the Actions section on the right, and select Set As Fulfilled.
