Partial Shipment
Learn how to partially ship orders that have out of stock items.
Introduction
If an order has even one item that is
out of stock, it will be placed on Hold and not be sent to the warehouse. You can choose to partially ship this order.Access Orders Page and find the Order
To begin, under the
Orders tab, click on Manage Orders from the dropdown menu to access your Orders Listing page.Search for the Order and click the
#OrderNo link to go to Order Details page.
Partially ship an order
You can choose to request the warehouse only ship the items that are
in stock.
To do that, once you are on the Order Details page, go to the Details section on the right, and tick Allow Partial .
Once done, make sure to press the
Update Details button to save your changes.
