Update an Order’s Items

Learn how to update an order by adding, editing or deleting its items. You can also change quantities and shipping info.

Introduction

Making adjustments to the items within your orders is not only possible but also simple on ShipBots. Whether it's changing quantities or updating the item list, ShipBots offers the flexibility needed to manage your orders efficiently.

Access Orders Page and find the Order

To begin, under the Orders tab, click on Manage Orders from the dropdown menu to access your Orders Listing page.
Search for the Order and click the #OrderNo link to go to Order Details page.

Making Changes to Order Quantities

When the need arises to modify the number of items being shipped, Shipbots provides an intuitive interface for adjusting quantities directly. You have the freedom to increase or decrease the number based on your current requirements.

Adding or Removing Items

Flexibility is key in order management, and ShipBots understands that. You can cancel any item that no longer needs to be shipped, or you may find it necessary to add new items to an existing order.
To add an item :
Search for the Product you wish to add by typing the Name or SKU number in the search field.

Select the Product you want to add from the Search results in dropdown.

Finally, set new item order Quantities.

To cancel an item:
Click on the Cancel button for the Item you want to remove from the Order.

You need to confirm removal by clicking Ok before it takes effect. You will see the canceled status in the order

Saving Your Changes

When you search and add a product it’s automatically saved in the Order.
When you search and add a product it’s automatically saved in the Order.
For all other changes, you need to Save your changes. Different sections have their Update or Save buttons.
