Ignore All “Invalid Address” Holds On Your Orders
Learn how to remove the invalid address hold on all orders.
ShipBots will automatically put a hold on any orders that appear to have shipping addresses that are either incorrect or not fully provided. Should you decide to disable this automated feature, here are the steps to follow:
Accessing Account Settings
To begin, under the
My Account
tab, click on Settings
from the dropdown menu to access your Account Settings page.Ignore Invalid Addresses
Scroll down the
General Preferences
section to find Put Order On Hold If Address Is Invalid
. Unselect it to ignore invalid addresses, and click on Save Changes.
