How can we help?

Allocate Products In Priority For A Specific Order

Learn how to allocate products in priority for an order.

If you see that an order can't ship because it says an item is out of stock, but you know you have it, it's usually because the system has set aside that item for orders that came in before. The system tries to send out older orders first. But if you need to, you can tell the system to allocate the products for the newer order first.

Access Orders Page and find the Order

To begin, under the Orders tab, click on Manage Orders from the dropdown menu to access your Orders Listing page.
Search for the Order and click the #OrderNo link to go to Order Details page.

Allocate Priority

Once you are on the Order Details page, go to the Details section on the right, and set Allocation Priority as High. The priority is set as Default initially and you can also set it to Low if you want.
