Reshipping an Order
Learn how to reship an order due to a return, a delivery issue, or another reason.
Introduction
Sometimes, an order needs to be sent out again, whether due to a return, a delivery issue, or another reason. ShipBots provides a simple way to handle such situations through the reship feature. Here's how you can reship an order:
Access Orders Page and Find the Specific Order
To begin, under the
Orders
tab, click on Manage Orders
from the dropdown menu to access your Orders Listing page.Search for the Order and click the
#OrderNo
link to go to Order Details
page.Accessing Order Actions
On the Order Details page, scroll down to the
Actions
section. This is where you'll find various options to modify the order. Click on Re-Ship
to start the reshipping process.Setting Up Reshipment
A new window will pop up, specifically for reshipment. Here, you'll be able to select the product(s) that need to be reshipped.
Additionally, you can change the shipping method if necessary, such as setting it to
local pick-up
instead of the Default
shipping option.
Finally, click on RESHIP
at the bottom right side of the window to confirm and process the reshipment.Did this answer your question?
