Dropship SKU’s / Digital Items
Add a short description of what it’s about.
If you have SKU’s that are digital or the warehouse needs to ignore so as not to cause a backorder, you can set such SKU’s to Dropship Only
Example Use Case: You sell an insurance SKU on Shopify, and want the warehouse to ignore that item in any order
To do that, simply
- edit the product
- Then set that SKU to Dropship Only (meaning it will ship from another warehouse / aka ignore)
ShipHero will disregard that SKU when an order comes in with it (and also affects unfulfilled orders).
