Find Your Returned Packages

Add a short description of what it’s about.

Managing returns and understanding what happens after items come back to your store is straightforward with ShipBots. Below you'll find the steps to locate information about your returned packages.

Locating Returned Orders

To begin, under the Returns tab, click on All Returns from the dropdown menu to access all of your returned packages.

Filter & Search Returned Packages

You can Filter Returns by Status and other criteria.

And you can Search returns by RMA, Order No. etc

Quick Reviewing Returned Order Details

The table lists all returned packages with data columns including:
  • The order number
  • The total items expected to be returned
  • The total items that have been received
  • The total items restocked
  • The type of return label used
  • The reasons for the items being returned
  • The current status of the return

Inspecting Returned Items

Select the Package you wish to manage by clicking the RMA Link

Returns Details Page

You can see all the associated details for the returned package. Attachments section will have any photos of the returned Items and in the Issue Refund section you can calculate the make the refund, if no exchange is possible.

If the returned products are deemed resalable, they will be restocked into your inventory automatically.

  1. Find RETURNS at the top of your page and click on ALL RETURNS in the drop down menu.

  1. You will be redirected to a page that shows you a list of all of your returned packages. It gives you details on:
  • The order number,
  • The total items expected,
  • Total items received,
  • Total items restocked,
  • The label type,
  • The reason why the items were returned,
  • The status.

  1. You’re able to see pictures of the items that were received. You can check on the damaged products that way. If the returned products are fit to be sold again, we will add them back into inventory automatically.
